CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGERS

Experienced full time Construction Project Manager/ Field Superintendent for the Tampa Bay / Bradenton area. Areas of experience preferred include water/wastewater utility and civil. Scope of work will include planning, project management, sequencing, budget control and client coordination. We offer competitive wages based on experience, area of assignment and qualification. Candidates must be able to manage multiple responsibilities in a very busy environment. Excellent skills in written and interpersonal communications are essential. Detail orientation, along with highly developed planning and organizational skills are important to project management. Candidates must be willing to work project hours as required. Previous underground utility experience required and knowledge of government contract requirements preferred.

LICENSED WATER AND WASTEWATER OPERATORS

U.S. Water continuously provides opportunities for both employed and subcontracted Licensed Utility Operators. Full time and part time positions are available. Currently U.S. Water Services employs and subcontracts over 80 Licensed Operators in the State of Florida and many more across the United States. U.S. Water maintains very successful, internal programs which allow promotion of employees who wish to enhance their career paths.

PROJECT ENGINEERS AND DEPARTMENT TECHNICIANS

Responsibilities include completion of engineering tasks and activities on assigned water and wastewater projects. Projects may include potable water wells, treatment facilities, storage tanks and water distribution systems along with sewer systems, pumping stations, septic systems and wastewater treatment facilities. Will be responsible for performing calculations, contributing to preparation of engineering and project reports, conducting field investigations, developing engineering cost estimates and preparing design sketches and drawings. AutoCAD technicians are encouraged to apply.

WATER UTILITY OPERATIONS MANAGERS

Position oversees licensed water and wastewater operations and adjunct maintenance personnel serving municipal and private clients. Provides direct supervision, manpower, planning, and administration of client relationships, client contract obligations, environmental and safety regulations, and company policy compliance. Maintains client and public relations. Develops and presents operating budgets and long term strategic plans for the assigned region, negotiates fees and contract renewals and participates in business development activities.
