Scope of Service: Work included selected demolition, salvaging and abandonment of the existing Lift Station; a concrete driveway & apron, a new electrical service and control cabinet. Removal and replacement of an existing ultrasonic level control system with new transducer control system. Furnishing and installing submersible pumps and motors, rails, hatches, fittings, valves and discharge sewage force main piping and related connections; 4-inch pump out connection, various modifications to existing 8-foot diameter concrete wet well including providing a protective interior coating; installation of minor drainage structures, noise control, sodding, fencing, grading, erosion control, hydrostatic leakage and performance testing and bypass pumping. Provision of a new 1.5 in. water service water meter, wash down and backflow prevention device to lift station.
