Compliance Coordinator

U.S. Water is a fast paced and rapidly expanding company headquartered in New Port Richey, Florida with a staff of over 700 employees in eighteen states.

**This is a part-time, temporary position working 25-30 hours per week.

General Purpose

Under the general supervision of the State Compliance Manager, the Compliance Coordinator provides a wide variety of both complex and routine administrative services.

Essential Functions Responsibilities

  • Track, print, organize, review and analyze data from various sources; included but not limited to Chain of Custody and Control Lab Forms, Drinking and Wastewater flow sheets, Water Management Permits, New facilities tracking.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports to regulating agencies and clients.
  • Provide weekly and monthly status reports.
  • Additional tasks as needed.

Minimum Training and Experience

  • High school or GED diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word
