Description

U.S. Water Services Corporation is a well-established water and wastewater utility organization specializing in utility maintenance, operations, engineering and construction services. Our corporate office is located in New Port Richey, FL 34652. We have over 700 employees in 20 States.

We are looking for a temporary Human Resources HR Coordinator to help us catch up on workload. The temporary assignment will be two months and may lead to more temporary assignments or a regular job opportunity. The work location is our corporate office and no work at home is available for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Supports the HR department with administrative needs.
  2. Handles private and sensitive information with confidentiality to prevent others outside the HR department from gaining access
  3. Enters data with a keen eye on accuracy and completeness.
  4. Verifies the accuracy and completeness of existing data on our HRMS, Paycom. Enters correct and/or missing information into Paycom.
  5. Gathers data on various HR activities and tasks to enter into Paycom, other systems, and Excel Spreadsheets.
  6. Completes HR related forms, reports, graphs and distributes as required.
  7. Performs other related duties as required and/or assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED, Prior experience in HR or Payroll , Advanced computer skills and working experience with Microsoft Excel, Ability to keep sensitive information confidential, Excellent verbal and written communication skills and teamwork skills, Ability to focus on work, avoid distractions, and meet deadlines.
