SUMMARY: Under general guidance, supervises all aspects of utility billing including, but not limited to customer accounts maintenance, meter reading field service personnel, monthly utility billing, and personal within the utility service area; may performs other related duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work involves sedentary work in an office setting. There is frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, sit, lift light up to 10 pounds and perform other similar actions during the course of the workday. US Water Services Corporation promotes a drug/alcohol-free work environment through the use of mandatory pre-employment drug testing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Associate Degree from an accredited college with a major in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Human Relations or related field; with three 3 years of customer service and billing related experience and a minimum of one 1 year supervisory experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience. A valid Florida driver's license required.
