Charlene Whitely

Charlene has over 18 years experience in the water and wastewater utility industry, specifically within the Customer Service and Billing functions. She joined U.S. Water Services Corporation in 2014 and brings a keen awareness of the unique sensibilities within the customer service arena along with exceptional communication skills. Charlene manages our customer service, billing and related field operations throughout the state of Florida.  Prior to joining our team, Charlene held the position of Customer Service Superintendent for the Department of Publics Works for the City of West Palm Beach, FL with a population of 110,000, covering 56 square miles. Charlene is a graduate of the University of Phoenix.
