David Jr. is a registered professional engineer with over 15 years experience in the water and wastewater industry. He started his career at U.S. Water Services Corporation in August 2004 as the National Director of Business Development to create and execute the strategic growth plan for the young company. In 2007, David Jr. assumed the position of Director of Construction to manage the myriad construction projects at MacDill AFB in association with the IDSC program. Since taking this position, he has been responsible for revenue generation of approximately $47 million and morphed into several different roles to ensure the success of the project. David Jr. has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering and Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Business Administration, both of which was acquired at the University of Kentucky in 1998 and 2003, respectively.
