In 2017 USWUG O&M staff was challenged by VP Aaron Voss to compete for the “Most Improved Treatment Plant” award in the State of Oklahoma at the Chicasha facility.  Under the direction of Regional Manager Mike Jump the staff made a commitment to each other to do whatever was necessary to achieve this goal.
