Recently USWSC Customer Service and Billing personnel from Florida traveled to Houston to engage in a cross-training session with their Texas counterparts. Employees shared their respective workday experiences, business practices, and ideas on ways to increase customer satisfaction. On November 6, 2017, the Association of Water Board Directors of Texas recognized the USWUG Houston team for its “outstanding and heroic service during Hurricane Harvey to the residents of the Texas Gulf Coast”. Hurricane Harvey was a Category 4 storm that hit Texas on August 25, 2017.
